Information used

The integration reads payout references, dates, gift counts, donation totals, fees, and net deposits from Overflow. It reads the connected company’s currency, designated account details, and nearby bookkeeping entries to verify the destination and prevent duplicates. It does not request donor names or contact details from Overflow.

Storage and access

Cloudflare hosts the connection and stores its payout journal. QuickBooks app credentials and authorization tokens are encrypted before storage, with the encryption key held in a separate secret binding. The accounting controls require the authorized RJM owner to sign in through Cloudflare Access. The cloud bank matcher uses a separately authorized QuickBooks browser session. Its cookies and sign-in storage are encrypted in private Cloudflare storage until disconnected or expired by Intuit. Short-lived cloud sign-in links are shown only behind the owner sign-in. The payout information is not published or used for advertising.

Disconnecting

The owner can pause recording or disconnect QuickBooks through the private controls. Disconnecting removes the saved QuickBooks tokens. Existing bookkeeping entries remain in QuickBooks, and payout references remain in the private journal to prevent later duplicate recording.
