Private internal use

RJM Donation Accounting is an internal tool for the authorized owner of Russell Johnson Ministries. It is not offered to the public or to other QuickBooks companies.

Enabling the connection authorizes it to create bookkeeping deposits for eligible completed Overflow payouts in the verified RJM company. Each entry includes donation income and processing fees. The integration does not move money, charge donors, issue refunds, create invoices, or delete existing accounting entries.

The owner can check the payout journal, pause automatic recording, or disconnect QuickBooks. Transactions that do not balance or appear to have already been recorded are held for review.

QuickBooks, Overflow, and Cloudflare remain subject to their own applicable service terms. This page describes the internal tool’s use; no service is offered to outside customers.
